Tibetan singing bowls
Sound is one of the most obvious and pleasant ways to dissolve negative energies accumulated in the depths of our personal energy field. Given our own natural constitution, which is close to 70% water, it is also one of the most suitable ways to improve health and harmonize the physical and mental being.
Do you enjoy relaxing while listening to music? Let yourself be guided even further with Tibetan bowls, for a true sound massage that releases breathing, emotions, and tension.

Sound therapy
The frequency techniques and systems are ancient and rigorously precise. The sounds emitted by singing bowls vibrate in and through every organ, every tissue, every gland, every bone. They emanate a pure, gentle, and effective frequency. It is about harmony, in the truest sense. The Chinese Daoist approach to vital energy tells us that everything is fluid and changing, nothing is ever fixed; thus, maintaining health aims to stimulate the circulation of energy in the meridians, to dissolve blockages. This remains entirely relevant in the Indian Ayurvedic approach and the Chakra system that is associated with Tibetan bowl therapy. The sound wave propagates to all levels of the body, subtle and physical. The resonance emitted by the bowls will reduce adhesions and ultimately dissolve negative energy crystallizations.
Tibetan singing bowls are a relaxation aid. Sound meditation is very relaxing and harmonizes you to the deepest parts of your being.
Tibetan singing bowls are also a healing tool. The sounds address your entire being in a gentle, non-intrusive way.
Sound therapy promotes physical regeneration and mental relaxation. The calm, sounds, and vibrations work to relieve physical, emotional, and psychological pain.
Sound therapy develops the finesse of feelings, refines self-knowledge, and allows the experience of self-unity.
What is a singing bowl?
Singing bowls, also called Nepalese or Tibetan bowls, from the Sanskrit Dhwani Patra, are bowls composed of several metals, always used as alms bowls or more prosaically as a kitchen utensil, and also employed as a method of energy rebalancing. Their name of singing bowls comes from the simplicity of making them produce a sound and the atmosphere of pleasure they spontaneously create. The bowls come in different shapes, sizes, weights, styles. These factors determine the notes, the tones, the strengths. The longer the vibration, the more the sound extends, the finer the quality.
They are made of an alloy of 8 metals corresponding to the vibrations of the 7 Chakras and the Aura.
-
Gold = Sun, Crown Chakra, Sahasrara
-
Silver = Moon, Third Eye Chakra, Ajna
-
Zinc = Uranus, Gorg Chakra, Visuddha
-
Copper = Venus, Heart Chakra, Anahata
-
Iron = Mars, Solar Plexus Chakra, Manipura
-
Tin = Jupiter, Spleen Chakra, Svadhisthana
-
Lead = Saturn, Root Chakra, Muladhara
-
Mercury = Mercury, Aura (A tiny portion of mercury is incorporated into the alloy of the 7 metals still in the liquid state in order to separate the impurities. Quickly evaporated, no trace remains;).
Even today, those who know, respect, and practice the traditional healing and meditation arts use these handcrafted bowls on full moon nights. The bowls do not contain all of these metals in equal proportions, which explains the differences in appearance, from matte black to the most brilliant gold, as well as the differences in sound.
Tibetan origin of my bowls
However, so-called traditional bowls are now difficult to find, if not impossible, outside the Himalayas (Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan). In Nepal and India, the production of so-called “single-walled” bowls has resumed. They are generally made of copper and have fewer harmonics and subtleties than the old traditional bowls. In addition, the growing demand for these attractive objects has led to the explosion of standardized production of souvenir products. For the practice of healing, even more than for personal meditation, it is essential to know the origin and the hammerers of the bowls used. Those I use, chosen one by one, were shaped, harmonized and matched in my presence in Kathmandu by Santa Ratna Shakya .
Course and benefits of a session
Dressed in a completely comfortable manner, you take the time to appreciate the moment you are offering yourself. And I offer you a glass of water. Thus, you become materially aware that we are all made up of approximately 70% water. It is through the water atoms that the vibrations, ripples, and resonances emitted by the different bowls spread.
Then, if you wish, you can express the reasons for your visit. After the pulse diagnosis, you lie down on a yoga mat, with a blanket if necessary, and spread out comfortably. The bowls are then precisely positioned, and my score will be unique each time.
It's necessary to give yourself time and energy to roar and vibrate with radiant health. Our needs are not always the same. To this end, I offer different types of treatments:

Obviously, this is an unconventional medicine. And in no case do I allow myself to claim that it brings about an automatic cure, much less to suggest the suspension of your medical treatments. My only ambition is to develop well-being, autonomy rather than assistance, full awareness rather than blind dependence. Like all activities in life that do good, regular sessions are welcome and necessary in order to rebalance the body and help the mind better tame the vibrations that allow pain to be completely released. And if from the first session, profound significant changes take place, do not expect magic!
